Ahmad’s practice includes estate planning for individuals and couples; simple and complex probate administrations; administration of trusts, estate litigation under Washington’s Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA); and a variety of civil litigation matters. As a former solo practicing civil litigator, Ahmad combines years of litigation experience as well as business ownership and management experience to help guide a wide array of clients. Ahmad was previously recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “Top 40 Under 40” civil litigation attorney in Washington State, from 2018 through 2022, and Ahmad has been named as a “Rising Star,” in Washington State by SuperLawyers Magazine for 2020 through 2022. Through strategic planning, and zealous advocacy combined with innovative methods, Ahmad works diligently to provide maximum value to clients, whether they are individuals, families, or businesses.
