Biography
Mr. Peterson’s practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in real estate and transactional matters, including negotiating, reviewing and drafting purchase and sale agreements (stock and asset), earnest money agreements, leases and credit agreements. He also represents lenders in complex commercial lending matters and workout arrangements. Mr. Peterson is knowledgeable in matters concerning the Uniform Commercial Code, especially sales and secured transactions, and in matters related to corporate formation and governance.
