Biography
Ann Sim is an associate attorney focusing on commercial real estate transactions and development. In the real estate and land use sector, Ann assists clients with property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, organizational structuring, and financing arrangements, among other matters. Additionally, she supports a wide range of clients with business and transactional matters, including, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, lending, and corporate governance.
