Biography
Ahmad Khalaf is a partner in the firm’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration practice. His practice emphasizes estate and trust litigation, including contested probate and trust matters and proceedings under Washington’s Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA).
Ahmad also advises high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, succession planning, and trust and probate administration. He represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners in a range of civil and commercial disputes and counsels businesses on entity formation, governance, and transactional matters.

He is one of the only attorneys in Washington State offering this dual-compliance guidance and advises individuals and companies worldwide on related domestic and cross-border matters.
Ahmad brings a strong litigation background to his practice. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “Top 40 Under 40” Civil Litigation Attorney in Washington State and has been named a Washington “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for multiple years.
